A Christian who loves nature and Halloween. Nothing wrong with that. I'm a Christian and I love the great outdoors and Halloween and all the other holidays that are celebrated. Don't be so hard on yourself, God loves you just for who you are. Enjoy your life and those things that you love and enjoy.
You need OTHERS to define what religion you are? Then you are NONE. Religion is a spirituality that guides YOUR inner self. You can attend church with others who have similar views, but they share your religion, not define it for you.





Lots of Christians enjoy Halloween for what it is, or Chrismas. Not just kneeling for 12 days in front of some manger scene, but Santa Claus, presents, lights, and all the parties, too.





By the way, as a Christian, you might try reading the New Testament and see what it says about the Holy Spirit, rather than just taking other people's word for what they CLAIM it says. I think it encompasses a lot of nature, and celebration, too. It's the BELIEF or WORSHIP of pagan deities that is the sin. Just enjoying the games of it is simple celebration.

a christian values God above all. it doesn't mean you have to live in a monastary and never even consider wearing black clothing, but if nature, halloween, and black are an obsession to the point where that's all you think about, i think that you don't value God and pursuing His glory and therefore you are not a christian. this won't win many popularity points, but these days, people call themselves christians just for the sake of having some religious identity when they don't do anything about it. in other words 9 out of 10 people who call themselves christians are probably not TRUE christians. sorry, but the truth hurts. if you heed this now, maybe it won't be too late.
